Event Category

Indoor World Series 250

  • Categories: recurve men (RM), recurve women (RW), compound men (CM) and compound women (CW)
  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: Archers should go over 60 arrows+ Matches in the QUALIFICATION ROUND. The top 32 athletes after the qualification rounds of each division will qualify for the ELIMINATION ROUNDs. In case of a tie at the 32nd place after the qualification round a shoot off will be organized.
  • Elite Ranking Points
    World Archery will produce an elite Indoor World Series ranking list from the points accumulated from the positional points based on the final ranking achieved at each stage to identify who qualifies for the Indoor World Series Final in Las Vegas. The following table illustrates the distribution of elite ranking points. Elite ranking points will be only available to the following categories: recurve men (RM), recurve women (RW), compound men (CM) and compound women (CW).

Secondary Tournament

  • Categories: recurve men (RM), recurve women (RW), compound men (CM) and compound women (CW)
  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: Archers who are not qualified for the ELIMINATION ROUNDS may attend the secondary tournament. Each category in the second tournament has to reach at least 8 archers, if the condition is not met, the category will not be added. 1 end warm up immediately followed by 4 ends of 3 arrows, target will be using official target of the division. In case of a perfect tie after the 12 arrows, the athletes will be ranked by the qualification round, if a tie persist both archers will get the same award.
  • Target: The 40 cm normal vertical format triple-spot target face with gold – red– blue (10-9-8-7-6) scoring areas will be used.

U21 Tournament

  • Categories: recurve men (RU21M), recurve women (RU21W), compound men (CU21M) and compound women (CU21W)
  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: This tournament only open for archers under 21 years old (born after 1/1/2004 ). All the U21 archers should go over 60 arrows in the QUALIFICATION ROUND. The top 16 archers after the qualification rounds of each division will qualify for the ELIMINATION ROUNDS. In case of a tie at the 16th place after the qualification round a shoot off will be organized.
  • Target: The 40 cm normal vertical format and triangular triple-spot target face with gold – red– blue (10-9-8-7-6) scoring areas will be used in the following situation:

BAREBOW Tournament

  • Categories: Barebow Women (BW) and Barebow Men (BM)
  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: Archers should go over 60 arrows + matches in the QUALIFICATION ROUND. The top 16 archers after the qualification rounds of each division will qualify for the ELIMINATION ROUNDS.

    In case of a tie at the 16th place after the qualification round a shoot off will be organized. Each category in the qualification rounds must reach at least 8 archers; if the condition is not met, the category will NOT be added in the ELIMINATION ROUNDS.

    If the category does not reach 8 archers, it may attend the secondary tournament. 1 end warm up immediately followed by 4 ends of 3 arrows, target will be using official target of the division. In case of a perfect tie after the 12 arrows, the athletes will be ranked by the qualification round, if a tie persist both archers will get the same award.

  • Categories: recurve men (RU15B), recurve women (RU15G),
  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: This tournament only open for archers under 15 years old (born after 1/1/2010). All the U15 archers should go over 60 arrows + matches in the QUALIFICATION ROUND. The top 16 archers after the qualification rounds of each division will qualify for the ELIMINATION ROUNDS. In case of a tie at the 16th place after the qualification round a shoot off will be organized.
  • Target: The 60 cm single-spot face with gold – red– blue (10-9-8-7-6) scoring areas will be used in the following situation:

  • Distance for all divisions: 18 M
  • Qualification: This tournament only open for archers under 13 years old (born after 1/1/2012). All the U13 archers should go over 60 arrows + matches in the QUALIFICATION ROUND. The top 16 archers after the qualification rounds of each division will qualify for the ELIMINATION ROUNDS.
  • Target: The 60 cm single-spot face with gold – red– blue (10-9-8-7-6) scoring areas will be used in the following situation:

Registration fee (per archer)

Archers may only register in ONE category and division and will remain in the same division during the competition. Participants who fail to submit payment within 10 days after registration may have their registration canceled at the discretion of the organizer.

Late registration fee. (per archer)

All listed rates are applicable during the early registration period. All entries received on or after 25 NOV 2024 will be charged a $50 USD late registration fee. Payments made to the LOC that are insufficient or invalid will incur a fee up to $50 USD.

Cancellation Policy. (per archer)

Cancellations will be accepted until 25 NOV 2024. All cancellations will be charged a $20 USD administration fee. All cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before 25 NOV 2024. NO REFUNDS will be considered on or after 26 NOV 2024. After the cancellation deadline, the LOC will not refunds due to weather, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other participant’s personal issues.
